After purchasing a car from your Vauxhall branch for my parents-in-law, I liked the idea of a Kia for us. We got very warmly greeted by Carly. She listened to what we were looking for and came up with some options and mentioned about one coming in on part ex. We would have to wait, but paid the holding depost. Over the period Carly kept us in formed with what was going on. Once the car had arrived she phoned us and got us in asap to test drive it. After making it very clear there was no pressure to purchase it off we went. We have now purchased this car and are due to collect it this week. Carly is a massive credit to the company. The whole team made us feel welcome and vaild as customers. Highly recommend the group to anyone who reads this.

We visited here for the first time having recently relocated from Hampshire and could not have been happier with the experience. We were greeted warmly by Carly, a lovely lady with an amazing knowledge of cars. She listened to what we were looking for and suggested different options but with no pressure whatever. We accepted her offer to test drive 2 cars and purchased a Suzuki Ignis there and then. We collected the car the following week and received a follow up call from Carly a few days later as promised, with the offer to contact her in future if needed. Carly is a credit to your company and we would not hesitate to return to you in the future.

Adam was absolutely fantastic, from the start of the process of buying a new Kia EV Niro to its delivery which was delayed due to supply chain issues at the Kia UK end of things. He lent us a car while we were without one as we had sold ours expecting to pick up the new car on a particular date and he was let down by the Kia UK supply chain issues. Love the new car. Drives well and looking forward to many miles of driving in it.
