I've been a tenant of NDH for 6 years now & I can't fault them. They always act quickly to any repairs or queries I have. For instance my manhole and the neighbours manholes were overflowing and toilets all blocked up. NDH acted quickly and within 48hrs the problem was fixed. Mar 21st, 2023

Our lives have been made miserable by N.D. HOMES!. When adaptions for my disabled wife were made using grant money by this company. They constructed a drain close to a gas bottle. Their surveyor signed the work off following his final inspection. We naturally believed the work was all without issue. One year later in an inspection. A safety issue was raised. The issue identified concerned the drain They had made and in proximity to the gas bottle that had been in the same position prior to any work. They then declared that we were responsible. When we refused to accept this. Within a very short time, we began to recieve letters about new issues that they had been aware of for over a year!. But had not felt necessary to take any action over. Yet now in retaliation they chose differently. Because of the proximity issue they had created. They have demanded we remove the gas hob. Despite being aware that an electric hob had previously burnt her hand because of her lack of sensation due to her MS and have insisted we purchase a new electric hob. In addition to remove a portable heater we adopted to use because of the enefficient and expensive storage heaters. The heater we use carries the CE safety standard this country requires, but also the NF safety standard which is higher still. Supported by KWh figures, in essence this would make Nov to Dec electricity bills around 477 per month opposed to 136 we paid last year with our heater. Bullies without even the slightest consideration or empathy for disabled tenants of theirs!. Heartless! Jan 4th, 2023

I have nothing but high praise for NDH. I have been a tenant for almost 10 years now and they have done everything to help me get the right home for my son n I to settle into. Even supporting me at the worst points in my life!! I stand by North Devon Homes just as they have stood by me! They have been extremely patient with me as I had so much going on and I struggle with physical and now mental health problems which they are supporting me with. Words dont do justice to how grateful I am to this fantastic team of people. Oct 20th, 2022
