        Neil replaced a balcony and railings for my mother in law in Ashford. Being a chartered architect (RIBA), I am very particular about how work is carried out, but I have no hesitation in recommending Neil Laird. He is not a salesman builder - charming, but failing to do a proper job. He is a proper builders builder who takes pride in his work and is interested in doing a good job. He kept exactly to his estimate and was transparent about the costs. He even replaced a garage light at no extra cost. He is a builder who enjoys the craft of building who you can trust. Services: Exterior painting, Waterproofing, Refurbishment, General repairs & maintenance
