        Some staff are lovely and helpful.. so many issues with errors and blaming others.. same old, we are busy not in stock cant find prescription I understand busy not an issue however treat customers with respect and truth..the stress caused by errors are detrimental to someones health.. The eye rolling is consistent with particular staff.. Love your job or leave.. Kindness costs nothing

        Boots chemist is not behind Tool station , they are next to sainsburys , Make sure you queue in the middle from main door or the mouthy Chinese woman won't serve you , i waited 23 mins , and got told to join queue again , the queue should be for prescription not general items , so i said thanks for wasting my time TW@T , and went into sainsbury's to lloyds chemist and got served in 2mins , better watch out boots your loose customers and shut down , over priced and rude , poor customer service , goodbye forever .

        only 2 staff on duty at 2 pm saturday, not organised, long waiting time to be served, and only wanted to pay for 2 items.would not recommend and will not be returning

        Google locator pin is in the wrong place so if you use Google maps to get there you will end up in the wrong place. It's actually next door to Sainsbury's.
