        I booked an appointment with Charleys which was changed by text message because of sickness. I couldnt reply to the text to confirm either way. I then had confirmation of my original appointment. Confused I phoned Charleys hairdressers to discover that they are closed anyway on the day they booked my appointment. Im too busy to be bothered with such unprofessionalism. Sorry guys but really!!! Service: Hairstyling
