        Unbelievable staff ! I remember waiting to sign on with my obnoxious rude disgusting job coach the blonde woman you know who! and whilst waiting I heard two older women discussing the next possible claimant to interview, as they were talking about the claimant, one of the women mentioned that the claimant was black, and the other woman was like eughh no I dont want her if shes black I was speechless, I was going to report her and she would have lost her job, but I let it go as much as the staff/security guards are totally disgusting sad excuses for human beings, I dont want to stoop as low as them and ruin anyones life and lose them their pathetic job!

        Appalling, ask same questions 5x over, takes 25mins on hold to book an appointment to be told they will send it to my journal. What was the point in waiting
