Absolutely excellent! Phoned in the morning (broken down boiler). I was sent a text message to advise me of arrival. Had an engineer with me by the afternoon who was professional, efficient and friendly. All fixed with no fuss. Very happy customer! Thank you!

Just in terms of feedback (if you are asked) The Gas Man have been a great company to deal with. All of them (Lauren and the two techies) have been professional and extremely courteous at all times and I would personally recommend them without hesitation.

No show. He arranged to come to help fix our boiler as no hot water. Put off two other plumbers on the strength of that and he didn't show. Tried calling and texting him but nothing. Nada. Wondering what caused him to treat us with such contempt. Very frustrating. Very unreliable.

Chrissy and the team have really helped us out. Fixing problems with an ancient boiler before replacing it. Great service, always professional and fixed a number of emergencies. Will now use them for our boiler services going forwards.
