After losing our Dad suddenly we were at quite a loss. Chris helped us through the process of organising Dads funeral with compassion. He was professional and very understanding throughout. Im not sure we could have done it without him. On the of the funeral both Chris and his team were amazing and so very supportive we cant thank them enough for making an awful time a little easier.

Having only moved down to North Devon some six months prior to our sudden bereavement, I was somewhat at a loss as to recommendations for funeral undertakers and all cremation/burial options available. Thankfully one of my first enquiries was to Byrom's, and what a wonderful piece of fortune that was. Chris Byrom spent time running through all options available as though it was his pleasure to be able to help, he is such a nice chap. Chris made all the contacts required and nothing was too much trouble for him to arrange. . On the day, he and his team were empathetic, professional and in a calm manner, in complete control ensuring a very dignified day. The cost of all his hard work was far less than I would have originally anticipated, especially as there were no 'hidden extras' at the end. The final invoice was as originally quoted.
