Nasty burnt chicken been rushed cooked stil pink and chips just taste like grease barley cooked who can't cook a battered sausage swimming in grease wont be ordering again. And who ever sees this shouldn't either ....customer service levels 0 woman on the phone said she wanted to see evidence here u go pmsl they need to stop selling food for sure food hygiene will be getting an email from me ..sorry

Absolutely terrible. The worst fish and chips we have ever had, to wait for 30 minutes for the food we were given was appauling. Customer service was awful, it was like they didn't even want to serve us. I wouldn't even give this 1 star, the chips were chewy and tasted like they had been sat there for a week, the fish was watery and mushy, and the burgers were terrible, stale buns and the tiniest bit of frozen chicken, honestly mcdonalds is 10 times better than this place. We ended up getting home and throwing it all in the bin. AVOID

I was served by three lovely young ladies, such a shame about the grumpy man however. I was in around 7.20pm and left around 7.30pm, the young lady on the till was so lovely, unfortunately she was consistently ignored when requesting chips three times. When the chips where finally being cooked it was done will attitude and temper, what horrified me was when the young lady doing the chips went to do the order, the grumpy man lifted the chips and dripped oil down her arm, this left the girl to drop food in tears whilst being yelled at by said grumpy man to finish the order first. The food was was lovely but i wont be returning after this incident, so nice to see the other young ladies taking good care of her though. 9/08/2021
