Hired Mark to do a biohazard deep clean after a relative passed away. Mark and Louise were very considerate and respectful and explained the whole process for me. They were open and quick to resolve any problems or questions that arose. I cant thank them enough for doing a brilliant job.

We needed to have our driveway cleaned and I wanted someone who would also re-sand the area afterwards and treat the black spots that were growing on the stone work. I did some research on line and was very impressed with the reviews of Mark's cleaning business so thought I would give him a try. I emailed him some photos of the area that I needed cleaning (driveway, side patio and back garden slate patio) and Mark very quickly responded with an acceptable quote. Once weather allowed Mark arrived and spent several days carrying out an extremely thorough cleaning job using various treatments along the way which brought about excellent results. Whilst he was with us I also asked Mark to clean our gutters which are very high as we are. a 3 storey house and again this was not an issue and carried out brilliantly. I also need to comment on Mark's work ethic which is brilliant. He never stops (apart from lunch) and is very consicencious and clearly takes great pride in what he does and is very professional. I would not hesitate to use Mark again and would highly recommend him to anyone. Good honest expert and hard working trades people are hard to find but Mark is an absolute gem.
