Active Drainage

Excellent company. Needed an inspection chamber and surrounding pipework replaced to accommodate an upcoming extension. The existing pipework was also pitch fibre which didn't have a good enough gradient and so was prone to blocking (3 times I had the delight of getting the karcher attachment up there!) Excellent communication from Olivia in the office. (We were waiting on a gully surround). Kept updated throughout. Iain and mick completed the work today very professionally and efficiently. Small issue with the SVP (soil vent pipe) but the guys went above and beyond to rectify this. It did involve a quick trip to jewsons by myself but felt this was the least I could do and saved the guys having to return. Thanks again and I shall be In contact for our next project in the near future. Job done .

We have used Active drainange on a few occasions for properties owned by our clients. This latest job however was a real challenge involving a flat with blocked drains, an empty shop unit below and an adjacent shop through which the drains passed through. Mick and Ian were brilliant as per usual clearing the drains and solving a rather awkward issue. Prompt service and very conscience in getting the job done. Absolutely amazing work.......
