Been with this practice for years but since covid haven't managed to get a check up appointment just keep getting told they have no dentist not helpful at all

I started at My Dentist in April this year, and was introduced to Dr Claudia Stanley, after a long time not liking my teeth or smile we had a full consultation and I decided Id like to straighten my teeth, Ive had a severe anxiety about the dentist since I had a bad experience with a previous dentist. Dr Claudia did everything she could to keep me calm, informed and comfortable the whole time, I had 7 fillings changed, various other appointments before fitting my Invisalign, I cannot fault the staff on every appointment, the reception team have been so helpful at getting me booked in, dental nurses ( Holly and Dan ) assisting Dr Claudia have all been so kind and supportive throughout. Since finishing my Invisalign in October I have recently had some cosmetic dentistry with Dr Claudia and Ive never been so happy. Edge composite bonding has changed everything, i have a new found confidence and I love my smile. I cant thank Dr Claudia enough for everything she has done for me. She is a master in her field and I cant wait for more future appointments.

READ THE RESPONCE AND THE EDIT. Rude and lacking accountability if they make a mistake they will publically try and blame you for it. Avoid. ORIGINAL REVIEW I had a regular checkup appointment cancelled because of some sort of internal issue, promising to get back to me with another appointment. They never did and when I chased them they told me I had been struck off the list for not attending. I appreciate that dentisry is in disaray at the moment but afraid to say that this practuice doesnt buck the trend. Very bad. EDIT IN RESPONCE TO REPLY At my last check up I booked a 6 month appointment which was cancelled shortly before the date, by the practuice and not rebooked. In this instance it was the practuices responcibility to rebook and to let me know if they had chosen to remove me from the books as a result of not fulfilling their responcibility. Replying to me accusing me of failure and including a note to find another practuice, despite knowing that this is not possible and there is a long list, is indicitive of the total lack of respect this practuice has for its patients and the public in general. They cannot own their own mistakes and opt make passive aggressive coments when being called out. I will change my thoughts on it from "Very bad" to outright rude. If this is the level of respect they have for people then I would warn anyone against using them for treatment.
