Really great service. I've just spoken to a chap from the council tax department, general enquiries. He gave me a telephone number for the valuation office which should help us out with our council tax. He was very helpful, friendly and polite. Thank you.

Over priced council tax , over priced parking , i cant afford to line your pockets im on minimum wage. , i dont have a life , i just about survive on my low wage ,i dont drink i dont smoke i dont go out places , no money for nice stuff , council tax should be based on earnings , so the mega rich pay more and the poor pay less

They take our council tax, but do not take our household rubbish! Phone them up, leave it out they say, some will come & collect it they say, its been sitting out on the road for a week now, still full & now starting to get maggots! I now have no bin to put my further rubbish in! Appalling service for what Im paying!

Green Bin collection absolutely a joke.... They did not collect in August and now September. We now pay more for this service. Perhaps next year they will put the cost up to 50 and then not collect at all................. Not even worth 1 Star....

Not sure I walked into the same place as these reviews... I was welcomed, helped, talked to and treated as best as anywhere I have ever been. All working that were present were total professionals and I would recommend them to anyone. Big thanks to the young lady on the desk and to Ross for the help and advice, really really appreciated.
