I had the distinct pleasure of flying Dawn into Orlando Florida to help me bring a newly founded hotel into the cyber grain so to speak. What she did was team build to a critical degree and truth be told become a personal mentor with her insight into industry development. I have since meeting her taken a higher position at a different company because of her instruction.
