        I unfortunately could not gain access to a laptop I had been given. A phone chat on a Monday quickly put me at ease and delivering the laptop the following morning, I was able to pick it up later that day with access restored and a new updated operating system installed together with new software. Truly outstanding customer service. I can without hesitation thoroughly recommend.
