PLEASE KEEP YOUR VULNERABLE FAMILY MEMBERS SAFE AND STAY WELL AWAY FROM THE FRAUDULENT CON ARTISTS. Well where do I start with next steps development /tark diner / Tiffanys high street. Lets start with Lee and Louise Bensley and the way the dont pay their staff / students/ employees wages, how the dont pay they rent on the properties they rent, how they have lost 3 wages tribunals, how the owe Hmrc 250k+ , how they fraud documents to claim thousands of pounds in government payouts . You may have noticed around Barnstaple that these people no longer rent any properties in the town or do any business this is because they dont pay their rents owing landlords /staff/students tens of thousands of pounds and have basically run away to Biddeford but we will not let you get away with this no more. They have now changed the students pay date from the 1st of the month to the 21st this is another way of them holding students wages and withholding vulnerable students wages this is the 3rd time they have done this from the 1st/12th/21st of the month , so basically when the students are due to get paid again they will lose 3 weeks money These people take advantage of others good nature and kindness coning people out of money / property / land, using kids with disabilities to work on sites projects with no health and safety in place what so ever. If you or anyone you know is having bad dealings with this disgrace of a charity you need to speak out and stop these people from ripping off anyone else the more of us that speak out the more will listen. If you want to work for free, and get treated like a mug, then crack on. I do however empathise with anyone who takes the plunge to get involved with this charity. Fair warning people.

Great place to work for and really nice people but be warned they don't get paid on time do not recommend 100%

Do not get involved with this 'Charity'. They are awful at paying their suppliers. I think any review above 1 star is written by themselves. As a government funded charity they should be ashamed of how they make suppliers chase and chase them for money they are rightfully owed. 6 months after invoicing they still owe me money. They don't deserve any star rating but unable to give 0.
