Really poor experience purchasing a bed frame from this store for 75. I bought it for collection yesterday, but upon closer inspection the item was completely unusable, with no screws or fixings available to put it back together and covered in duct tape to hide where the wood was broken. The item never left the shop, so when I asked for a refund, I was flat out refused by the manager Michelle. Id have been happy to make a donation, but to pay 75 for something that isnt fit for purpose at a time when money is tight for everyone is just awful. I now have to go through my credit card company to dispute this charge, because I never received any goods or services for my payment, and the item in question never left the shop and wasnt fit for purpose. Please avoid buying from this shop if at all possible. How disappointing.

Not happy. Poked my head in here yesterday and someone wearing a manager lanyard walked over to me and said 'no no no, no schoolkids allowed'. It was very stereotypical and I really didn't appreciate it. Never coming here again.

What a lovely shop this is,a proper charity shop with lots of bits and bobs,the lady manager from Poland was a true delight,she was so very helpful polite and hard working,and packaged my China with so much love and care,and then went out of her way to help someone package some toys.i felt so very welcome in this shop the items were all priced at a true price,you should be so proud of this shop.thank you so much
