After having trouble at another dealer, I contacted Dean at roundswell Peugot to see if there was any way they could help me get an automatic. Dean and the rest of the staff couldn't do enough for me, within hours they had found me a car, which is perfect in every way, and had it delivered within 8 weeks. Stunning service from people that make you feel like part of the Peugeot family. They went above and beyond to help, kept me notified all the way along, 5 stars is not enough.

My son recently purchased his second car from this dealership, we are very happy. Everyone involved in the purchase went the extra mile to makes sure that our needs were met including the site manager Tim. There was no pressure, we asked for a few things to be altered which also was not a problem. From first going to see the car including test driving to actually picking it some 4 days later was a pleasure. I have to mention Dean the actual salesman who sold us the car and the extra packages, although his job is to sell, at no time did we feel we were not in control of our purchase. Excellent customer service, dealt with Sam Hardwicke who was very professional, friendly & not pushy. He listened to our needs & we are very pleased with our new 2008. We were also provided with a courtesy car to fill the gap from selling our car & getting the new car, thank you Sam & Tim for helping us with that, much appreciated. Great team.
