        It may be because I have a Ford fleet vehicle and literally have no other choice but I never feel like a valued customer. They promise a phone call but that call never comes. It may be different for private vehicle owners, I hope so... This said, the service department reception staff are always polite and friendly.

        I take my van here for annual service and mot theyve been ok for this. Ok is all I can say though However when asked to do any other work they have failed miserably by either not doing the work, half doing a job or not doing it at they are a complete joke do not use them
