        Typical Wickes store so no surprises.

        Bought a 15 grand kitchen from them. Messed up so much we are on the 3rd work surface and a year has passed since we originally started the kitchen fit. A complete nightmare. They eventually said we will give you the money for the work surface and you can have it fitted yourself This is not what we were sold! We now have to sort out alternative kitchen fitters to complete our kitchen one year on. Do you due diligence before parting with cash with Wickes!

        Did not deliver my goods when promised, phoned customer service and they hung up. All I asked was where are my goods and for a refund of my delivery charge. Will not use again. Customer service is the worst Ive ever experienced, not the fault of the branch. Courier and customer service have let them down,
