        We bought a detached 3 bed house from Chichester Homes last July 2019 and are extremely pleased with our purchase. Materials used are of high quality from kitchen units to sanitary ware. Any little snag jobs have been dealt with by site manager promptly. The whole process of purchasing the house through Webbers to dealing with Chichester Homes office staff was a pleasure, highly recommend this company and wouldnt hesitate to buy another or recommend to a friend.

        After sales and quality of the work on their so called modern new builds is below sub standard. Bought a new build property for 275k to find it dirty, dusty, walls not square, leaks, cracks in grout on tiles, all sorts. Seemed like they weren't bothered about any of it. Don't deal with them unless you like having issues not dealt with
