Truly outstanding service throughout, customer service was extremely helpful and friendly, questions were answered quickly and informative. Shipping (pardon the pun) and packing of my boat was fairly priced and extremely well packed for safe delivery, would 100% recommend using this auction house either on site or online.

Antiques collected for sale still 'missing'. Reserves were ignored. Paid 70 each for four Pilton vans to collect furniture and household goods. The fourth van containing antiques plus a pair of double width full length Laura Ashley curtains and a Game Boy chair has apparently still not arrived or if the van has arrived the contents haven't. Such treatment after attempting to downsize following the loss of my husband just adds to the distress. Maybe good for bargains but seller beware! Always ask for a signed receipt for goods collected. Don't bother putting a reserve on any item. According to Trading Standards, if the reservevis not net at auction the item should be removed and returned to the owner. Ha, try telling Pilton Auctions that. Every reserve was totally ignored without reference to me. This outfit has caused me so much anguish I wish I'd never heard of them. Anybody seen this chair - one of the items that left my home but failed to arrive at Pilton. Five years on still WAITING for the items collected to be offered for auction.
