Very helpful and honest. Stephen gave us some great advice with regards to surveying our new home. He had experience of the estate we are buying on and knew the building company who had constructed the house, so it was great to tap into his local knowledge. He was so up front and honest that he even advised us that the survey we were seeking was overkill and pointed us in the direction of more suitable and cheaper alternatives. In doing so, he saved us money and did himself out of some business. I highly value this level of honesty and will seek out Underwoods for any future surveyancing.

This company is terrible in every way , Stephen Shortridge who was a surveyor on a very simple small project simply over charged us on every occasion and was rude and obnoxious and certainly not at all professional. The worst experience Ive had dealing with surveyors in my 30yr career, stay well away they are a disgrace to the surveying community. Absolutely disgusted with the service or lack of it and the arrogance is beyond belief ! 0 on all levels. Mickey Mouse Yokal with zero to offer a real scumbag no manners or class.
