        Worst experience with a public trade that I have ever had. Gave me a ridiculous quote for a job I understood to be difficult but wanted it doing. Then said i could no longer have what I wanted but kept the same quote, had to chase up my refund more than once. Very unprofessional.

        Very happy with their products and service. Apart from a very slight glitch on the order, this was very quickly sorted. Cannot thank Danny who did the fitting, he did a supurb job with real attention to detail. Both Dave & Ian I met and found them approachable and amenable and only to happy to ensure satisfaction all round. Would recommend anytime.

        I am very impressed with d&i windows. From start to finish they have been excellent. Kelly was very friendly when she came to quote, the surveyor was very friendly and knowledgeable and the fitter was very good too. After shopping around, both the wait time and price was the best in Barnsley. Really happy we chose them. Will definitely recommend

        Initial impressions are Great! Fantastic Customer Service! Had a front door fitted by D & I, we noticed a minor cosmetic issue which a fitter came and resolved within 2 hours of us contacting them. Great products with great customer service. Would definitely use again!
