We researched a number of potential providers - 7, I think - for the aluminium windows we required. We chose Eco Thermal Design for a number of reasons, including: their expertise in listening to and advising us so we got the best product for our needs; paying attention to detail (apparent both in the showroom and the final measure); efficient and attentive admin (always got back to us as agreed). Fitting by Robert and Neil was expert and exceptionally careful - again, attention to detail was apparent. On top of all that, every single member of the team was a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Paul, Joanne, Patrick, Robert and Neil. We are very pleased with our new windows and would not hesitate to recommend Eco Thermal Design to other potential customers. We used this company to install windows in 2 of our bedrooms in July of this year. Our windows would not stay open, when we would lift them they would slam shut. We called to have someone come back to look at them. The company sent a repair guy who said nothing was wrong with the window. After arguing back and forth he finally agreed to adjust the windows not replace them as I requested. Everything seemed fine until the weather got cooler and condensation appeared on the inside of the windows and cool air leaking in. Our bedrooms are always cold since we changed these windows. Weve called multiple times to have someone come out and we were told they were coming that week, nobody has shown up and the company is ignoring our calls. This company is very unprofessional has told me my issue is not urgent and that I need to be patient! From July to middle of November my infant is now sleeping in a freezing cold room because Alex doesnt think my issue is urgent. We paid for a service in full and this unprofessional man has the audacity to tell me Im not patient. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Waste of money. We have to get these windows repaired by another company and will be taking Alex to small claims court.

Weve used Patrick, Rob and the team at Eco Thermal now 3 times and I would never go anywhere else! This year they installed 26 residence windows and 5 solidor doors as part of renovating our cottage. The price was very reasonable, Patrick came to see us personally to make sure everything was going well, Jo on the phones is brilliant, and Rob is the best window fitter in the UK. Ive even had other tradesmen comment on the skill and tidiness of Rob and the guys doing the installation. Highly recommend!!
