        Absolutely shocking service. Ordered dog bed at beginning of November and still no reply to several emails chasing for delivery. Still no item. Had to raise dispute with PayPal and they are still not corresponding.

        Don't use take your money don't answer emails . Don't answer phone mailbox full. Apparently no longer trading now taking this up with our credit card company.

        Trust the bad reviews! Not often I write something quite so negative. Ordered 5 weeks ago and no email to say delay with an apology. I rang 4 times and was told the same thing each week: it would be with me next week...refund agreed.

        Do not buy from here. Total con. Ordered dog bed...approx. 100 in October. It never arrived. No reply to email and phone number doesn't work. ZERO stars!!!

        Terrible - no customer service at all - long story but I still dont have my dog bed that I ordered in July - they deny having received an email from me, and claim they have sent me one that I have never received. They have admitted that they have had trouble with their email system. Never Again!
