Pentagon Barnsley | Peugeot, Nissan and Motability

Took a work van for a service. Called to say it needed apart was missing. Don't know what function it had , as the van had covered alot of miles with no problem. Was told they'd phone when part was in and when van was ready. Took us to call them 3days later to be told it was ready day before.

Pentagon Barnsley don't answer their emails. I asked about new car service plans 4 days ago with no reply. Please DONT blame Covid. 09/11/21 Still no reply. ALSO took six weeks to "offer" to look at a fault with my NEW 208. So got it sorted myself. Definitely would not recommend especially their sales.

First class service , from the initial selection to collection of my mobility car . Steve kept me informed during the process and also managed to secure me a fantastic deal . Would highly recommend and can't thank the team enough . Keep up the good work.

First of all I would like to give a big thank you to Bradley Allen from Pentagon Nissan Barnsley for making the purchase of a Nissan Micra such an easy and enjoyable experience. I am originally from Barnsley but have lived in Edinburgh for the last 30years, but still have family in Barnsley. It was by chance that I came across Pentagon while looking for a pre-registered Micra for my son. Our local dealer could not compete with Pentagon on price or customer service. From my initial contact with Pentagon I knew I had made the right choice and that their main concern was to ensure the customer had a great experience, which I did. Bradley organised everything from video presentation of the car as we were buying from Edinburgh, to arranging a trailer to bring it to Edinburgh and collection of our car for part exchange. Everything was done perfectly and on time and exactly as we were promised. Even the professionalism of the driver who delivered the car was first class. I would definitely recommend Pentagon to anyone looking to purchase a Nissan no matter where you are, as they put to shame local dealers in the capital city of Scotland. Well done Bradley for such an exceptional customer experience.
