        John was very efficient and economical. John carried his work out with expertise. Would definitely recommend.

        I like to support local businesses where I can and I called John in expecting a quote and when I said I'd like time to think about the cost of 160 to move a socket, he attempted to charge me 85. When queried he said that was the hourly rate and I had to pay for his time. Seeing that I wasn't happy with this, he said he'd charge me 45 for half an hour. I pointed out that he'd been in my home for exactly thirteen minutes! He then charged 20 which with hindsight, I should have refused. *Note* BT Openreach are charging me 65 to move the master socket...
