I just want to thank the team at A-Line tonight for their service. My cat collapsed and couldn't walk and I had to get her to the emergency vets quickly. I'd never used A-Line before, but when I called up - the person on the line was so kind and helpful, and they understood straight away how much I needed their help. A taxi came round almost immediately, and the driver was also incredibly kind and compassionate. He talked me through the journey so I knew it wouldn't be long before we'd arrive at the emergency vets and my dear cat could get some help, and then he waited with me for a few minutes whilst the vet nurse came to let me into the practice. Thank you so much. Your empathy and care helped to make a really difficult situation feel a lot calmer for both me and my cat. Never underestimate the power of kindness and the effect it can have on others.

Stranded, I googled taxi ranks close to me. Aline refused to help, as I didn't know the post code of the address I was at. I gave them street location, and offered up front payment, still refused to send a taxi out to me
