Do not use them!!!! Cost me the sale of my property valued way below average and the man that turned up didnt even inspect the property properly.. thank god buyers decided to instruct a reputable company who valued the property accordingly.. shame on you people!

Would leave less than one star if I could. Clearly under qualified or a lack of knowledge, undervalued my property by 16k despite similar, smaller flats being sold for a much greater price within the same building! My specific valuer was Nasir Iqbal, who not only spent less than 3 minutes in his inspection but incorrectly informed my bank that the property only has one bathroom, when it in fact has two. Avoid at all costs

If you want to NOT buy a house or sell a house youve come to the right place. Where their USP is to give you problem 9/10 times or your money not back, guaranteed. Absolute abysmal. Lack of professionalism or integrity.

They are known for giving the worst valuations , with no regards for market history or similarly sold properties in the area. They are actually ruining peoples lives with their incompetence, as so much is based upon a valuation. Buyers and Sellers please avoid them and definitely get a second opinion if you have used them. Do not use their services
