Had a Sunday Carvery only to find that all of the food was cold, I will give a thumbs up to the meat, they were loads of meat. We were rushed after our desert, because they were closing up. I would definitely give full stars if the food was piping hot. With desert, the custard was runny, not thick enough. It was a shame really, I was looking forward to the meal too

Certain staff not helpful, can't be bothered. Customer service is non existence, quite abrupt.

My Husband and I highly recommend the Rigby Suite function room. Sian supported us in the run up to our wedding and especially through covid. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted for our special day. On our special day we was made to feel so special and everything blew us away. She even arranged our arrival drinks to have our initials ST, which was an amazing surprise. We cannot fault any of the staff, they were friendly and did a great job. Food was delicious and many guests commented on how good the food portions were. Sian even stayed past her finish time which didn't go unnoticed, she is amazing, she really made sure we was happy throughout. It was amazing we will never forget and sure will be back for other events at the Rigby. Thank you
