all older staff members sit on their phones the whole time and their younger staff members get treated horribly. place is completely going out of business, they get little to no customers and they can't seem to keep new staff members for longer than a few weeks at most. absolutely horrible, misogynistic environment and i do not recommend working here or even eating here due to the absolute disrespect and mistreatment of their staff. they will argue with anyone who leaves them a bad review, claiming it's the customers' fault why they received a bad meal, and absolutely refuse to acknowledge and admit to any of their own faults, whether that be their chef or their poor customer service. the manager is severely unprofessional, claiming that one woman was speaking 'utter nonsense' when she requested a refund after receiving undercooked food. honestly no wonder why they get no customers anymore, they treat their young staff and customers very poorly, and unless you are 100% satisfied with their service, they shoot you down in flames. shame on the manager of this establishment, learn to take criticism, youre going to receive it, take the blow and do better, and stop treating customers and staff like something youve stepped in in fear of ruining your already crumbling reputation as a business.
