Ive worked for starboard personnel for some months now and absolutely loving it. Di is the loveliest of people who has been so understanding about my current situation it has made me feel so much better about working again after such a long time out of work. Ive always been sceptical about working for agencys but Di is amazing and helps in every single way she can! Thank you Di for a great new opportunity.

I was with this event for around 5 months - Di got me a job at Credit Style .which I loved . All the information Di gave me was correct and I started working there and enjoyed it .Got to say I was paid on time from the agency. The issues started when my mum got Ill , I had been off work 5 weeks but due to dates for funeral I did not bury my mum until 20th July 2022 and was still off work as I am finding it difficult. - I was asked by Di if I was looking for another job which was completely not true and she mentioned someone elses name to me although I dont know who this person was which I thought was rather odd . -A conversation had gone off between agency and credit style about getting rid of me as the manager sent me an email about myself to me ,instead of Di ! Very unprofessional ..but nothing was said or done about it ..no sorry nothing ! - So I was then asked on the same phone call as getting rid of me to return all of my equipment otherwise She would withhold my SSP payment of 99 ! And could this be tomorrow ..no concern for me just needed the equipment back asap and would have withheld my money if not ! - Finally even though I have bereavement counselling booked in that didnt matter really because the company and agency both terminated me ! But what really makes me laugh is that the company will CONSIDER taking me back after Im better NO Thanks! - Id never go with an agency again as I have been dropped with no warning and not very professional in how things are handled as what Ive seen in previous jobs , not by a mile The agency and company are loyal to one another only which leaves the employee / worker with no loyalty- your on your own ! This is my own personal experience .
