Helping customers for 70 years? Is that how long it takes to get your prescription?? Very slow to get your prescription so if if you require it in an acceptable time use another pharmacy

Prescription issued after a GP appointment for severe morning sickness, left it around 4-5 hours before collecting. Was told it wasn't ready and I shouldn't have come if I'd not received a text. Was made to feel like an inconvenience and that I had done someone wrong by the male Pharmacist for trying to collect my medication after the GP wanted me to start it the same day. The pharmacy assistant was much more considerate and sympathetic, which was the only saving grace. Have since moved pharmacies. Wouldn't go back unfortunately.

Poor service said no well can not see any can you ask him if not here then no rang 2nd chemist yes will pick up Saturday not good enough

First time collecting a prescription here, when I explained why I was there, I was asked whether Id received the text!. How very dare I turn up without a text I didnt know Id need. I explained Id happily wait to which I was informed it could be four days to prepare as they may not have the medication. There was no attempt to look or even ask one of the other three people whether the medication was there or not. I was then asked for my mobile phone number so I could sit tight and wait for my text to arrive, surely they would have had this if I shouldnt have turned up in the first place without the text! Printed the prescription and changed my nominated pharmacy, goodbye and good riddance to service like that.

When you try ringing them after a short period they disconnect your call. What if you were enquiring on some urgent medication, or prescription
