        My mum is in Saxondale and I have no worries at all she is looked after so well , food looks and tastes lovely well done in kitchen. I tell people about Saxondale and tell them how quick my mum settled in and how happy she is . Thanks a lot to you all you do such a great job .

        There isn't a no star option. When we looked around we were made a drink and then left for more than 1/2 hr. Manager blamed the nurse for forgetting about us even tho she was the one that told her to make the drinks. Saw dead woodlice in one of the bedrooms. Manager told us she would visit mam on 4 seperate occasions and didn't. Finally they didn't want mam who has Alzheimer's coz if confronted she sometimes is violent.
