Took a while to arrive. I was a little nervous as this was the first place Id been following a GP appointment. I wanted to look at the range of accessibility aids including a light weight folding wheelchair When I entered the assistant was on the phone but hung up in no time I explained that I was at the cusp of requiring a wheelchair to fit in my car A new customer arrived and she interrupted me and told him she would be be any longer than 5 minutes And I said could I lift the chair and she said go ahead - but before anything else she said I didnt think this is suitable and dismissed me to talk to the other customer who wanted to discuss a repair So out I went I wont go back
