Paul Greaves advised early on the wording of letters seeking information from the defendant, helped put pressure to obtain bank statements and other critical documents from them, and pursued a careful but efficient strategy to build our potential court case. To save costs he also enabled me to gather and organise other evidence, and we felt very much part of their team. Paul and Natalie Lumb were especially impressive as we approached mediation and needed to instruct barristers, preparing detailed evidence papers, explaining issues and working with great efficiency and compassion to secure an excellent settlement without going to court.
