        Unbelievable, I contacted them today for motor insurance, home and contents, their response was that they really do not do much of that, they are mainly commercial and that I should try online...despite their website stating they do personal, motor and home!

        Ive used them for our companys policies and have renewed for the 3rd time. They are helpful and allow me to make an informed choice, rather than receive a sales pitch. They help us manage liabilities to help make sure we pay minimal costs, but ensure we get whats needed. If there was a 6th star, I would happily give it.
