Sugar rush

this is the best desert place ive ever ordered for the staff are so kind and the food is amazing!

Usually I can't fault this place, but today ordering what I always order, I was very disappointed, usually it comes with lots of toppings and chocolate sauce, today, it came with hardly any toppings, no sauce, flat cold and the ice cream was almost melted, called the restaurant and they did NOTHING, they said that's how it comes, which is false because I have photo proof of how I've received it before, they said we can't do anything about it because I ordered it on just eat, like where's the customer service there? Absolutely gutted because this place is usually my favourite place to order from aswell.

Nothing what we expected... we ordered a cheese cake for 6 which was a joke how small one slice was!. And a oreo cookie dough and it was as thin as the foil tin it came in and a waffle and came to 20. Absolute robbery!!!!

Twice we have ordered now & both times the crepes are like rubber & cold today we got deserts aswell & both were cold again & crepes like rubber again tried contacting and what a surprise No number
