        Great area to live except if your living on the main road there's going to be loads of traffic passing through this new estate. The house prices are way too high also.

        Good for families with young children, site is between phase 2 and 3 of build. 5 minutes to the M1 and 10 minutes to central Barnsley. 3 pubs/restaurant within 5-10minute walk. 5 minutes walk to open public access fields for pet owners to exercise animals. Great location
