Cotswolds Finest Hotel - Barnsley House

Shocked by how they treat their staff and to see how the housekeeping staff use dirty towels and bath mats to clean the rooms no colour coded cloths no nothing we were absolutely disgusted to witness this as well as the same cups in our room were also cleaned with the dirty towels !! Talk about cross contamination especially in these covid times none of them wore gloves either when you think a room here is up to 1100 a nigh or so , certainly wont be returning , didnt complain at the time as was a guest of our friends who were paying for us but its been on our minds since !
