Staff friendly and helpful as you would expect for this area.
Efficient with the breakfast, they take your order straight away which is good if youre here for work purposes.
Theres a Lidl across the road and its 10mins to the train station via the Arcade.
The hotel is on top of a hill- if thats an issue for you you need to plan how youre getting there in advance
