        I've suffered from depression and anxiety for years and tried various things like antidepressants, counciling, CBT and Hypnotherapy but nothing seemed to work for me. I'd heard of homeopathy but never new anyone who'd tried it until someone recommend Helen. To be honest I didn't think it would work although that's me and my cup half empty outlook but I was fed up of feeling fed up so I decided to give it a try. To my amazement it's really worked and I feel better than I have in years which is even more impressive with the current Covid situation. So I want to thank Helen for believing in me when I didn't believe in myself x
