My partner came here on the 8th of April and she came out very unhappy, they showed her a picture saying I can get it like this, which was white silver colour and my partner says it came out yellow and they didn't even offer to correct it, then also when it came to payment my partner was expecting to pay 54 pound and they said 66 quid because of the 12 pound blow dry come on now adding stuff on that should be in with the standard price

I absolutely love Vivid not only because the Salon is very Central and Close to the Barnsley Town Centre! Bonus bus, train, taxi or walk 5 mins and your there Xx But the Salon is very clean An excellent friendly atmosphere always Very Modern Decor with an Vintage Edge just makes this the place to be Xx Orrr not to mention the fact that ALL the staff are so professional, highly experienced and in my opinion above outstanding yet still down to earth and can have a great conversation with you BUT especially me lol X The recommendations on my hair care was brilliant and I absolutely love my very short hair which I needed soooo bad due to personal reasons Thank you Vivid especially Kelly who worked her magic not only on me but as a treat from me my bueatiful daughter had her hair done too Xx
