        The practice itself is good also the receptionists all of them are great.But for the first time in 10 years I'm very unsatisfied with the practice as the new system is place and I have to use new app to book an appointment which took me 20 min.wasted time.no appointment been made.app advice was 1week,but in the meanwhile I'm in agony and no doctor will see me neither I can book an emergency appointment.only solution is EA whom will probably send me to Gp

        Disgraceful service, went to see Dr Ganguly after an accident on holiday. She never even looked at my leg, just gave me a prescription. Then charged me 50 to fill a form in that only had 6 yes or no boxes to tick. Which probably tuck less than a minute.
