I have never known such a shambles of a business. I booked my car in for a service and MOT. When I picked it up there was damage down the near side. The dealership agreed to repair after checking CCTV footage. The first date they'd arranged to collect my car they didn't turn up. They collected on the second arrangement and sprayed the near side of my car. It was delivered back a different shade of silver, white stains all over the rear seats, fixings missing from the wheel arch liner, runs in the paint and the windscreen trim bent round and tucked under the wiper arms. They took the car back again to fix everything but the paint work. They are refusing to do any more repairs to the paint work even though my car was all one shade of silver when they first had the car. I'm currently seeking advice from trading standards on this matter. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They will not treat your car with respect. 04/05/23 An update. After their polite "oh sorry to hear your complaint, please contact us" message after my complaint, i did contact them but i have never had a reply from this. Just confirms that not only do they not care about your property but they also don't care about your complaints. Confirmation that you should NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE.

The car is overall okay but the tire pressure warning prompt out during test drive. They told me it would be fixed when I come back to pick up my car. Then I brought the car back home and found that the front right tire is 42PSI while the front left tire is at 35PSI. It totally blown up my mind coz I think everyone with a common sense would know how danger it could be! So I reduced the front right tire pressure to 35PSI and the tire pressure warning prompt out again. So turns out their brilliant solution for a broken tire pressure sensor is to put customer in grave danger. Good job TrustFord Barnsley, I would totally recommend this company to anyone who don't want to see your family ever again.
