A few things on the menu are really quite good such as cauliflower bites.
The staff do try hard here and are friendly as you would expect in the S Yorks area

Waited and waited and waited some more. There wasn't even a handful of tables yet it took 2 hours to have 2 courses. We had to search for someone to take our order. We left after waiting to pay 99p on our bill (meal deal from preimier inn) as it was taking too long. For them to then have the audacity to get preimier inn reception to come to our room 2 hours later so we would pay the bill of 99p. We don't mind paying it but seriously after such awful service and makes you wonder how much longer we would have had to wait to get our bill when we asked for it once dessert was served.
