Total liar Was employed by the warranty company to independently assess why my vehicle engine had seized. He claimed there was drive on damage and that the data from the vehicle was not retrievable as I had a battery replaced and the data was erased. Rangerover themselves managed to extract the data and prove the report wasnt worth the paper it was written on. He is obviously someone who is paid by warranty companies to help them escape paying claims rather than acting truly independently. A total disgrace to the industry. - Thanks for your reply: nothing false about the review the registration at the time was a AL54 LAM - you were employed my motoreasy, you Inspected at Vertu landrover, Leeds. Motor easy have been sent the details from landrover that prove your report to be non-credible/inaccurateto be fair they stuck up for you and said surely he would have spoken to landrover to see if the data was extractable before saying it wasnt in his report. Turns out you hadnt bothered and showed very little expertise at all. let me know if you want more information anyone viewing your company details on companies house can see your are a Mickey Mouse company / barely managing to keep afloat which may explain why you want to brown nose warranty companies at the expense of consumers so they keep providing you with much needed work.

Huge thank you to Rob and IVIS. I highly recommend their services. After spending thousands on 2 bad engine repairs with the garage blaming me i had no option but to enlist the services of an independent expert to tell me exactly what happened and more importantly who is actually to blame in the case of liability. From the initial phone call to the final report , Rob was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. Hopefully, I won't have any more bad repairs in the future, but if I do, I won't hesitate to contact IVIS again.

My bonnet sensor detonated, whilst in motion and with no impact. The dealership said Id been hit and to go through insurance. Something didnt sit right so I sought a second opinion, they said it was a fault. Got absolutely no where with the dealership and manufacturer. Had some legal advice, they advised to have an independent inspection done. First company didnt show. Booked I-Vis and they were fantastic from start to finish. Spoke with Josh on the phone first, who was realistic and explained the possible outcomes. Inspection day went without a hitch, brilliant communication. Josh explained it was in fact a fault as the car hadnt sustained any damage. Report emailed the next day. The matter is still ongoing but to have this report confirming its the car and not me is so reassuring. Josh has kept in touch for updates, which I consider to be above and beyond. Id 100% recommend I-Vis, excellent service in a very stressful time.
