        Been waiting years for my annual smear test! Received my letter asking me to book, called up to be told it wasnt due & wouldnt allow me to book (Im higher risk so have to go annually), but they refused me. Then transferred to an out of practice place that called up several times asking if I could come in for my smear test with 20 mins notice on a Sunday! Finally got an appointment (had to wait 6 weeks) to then be called this morning & told they are off sick so Id have to wait until the end of September. Absolutely disgraceful service. So its fair to say Im switching surgerys because health does not seem to be a priority at this one!

        Absolutly disgusting not everybody can use the Internet and I've ended up with an appointment at Worsborough which I usually go to Gold street not everybody is going to cope with this new book online system
