        It's impossible to be seen by a GP. Every appointment is on the phone, how can i be examined by the phone?

        Trying to book an appointment via inept receptionists is so frustrating. I tried to book a blood test and was told I needed an appointment with a doctor first. The doctor then asked why I had got an appointment with them as my notes said I needed to book a blood test. In the end it took 6 weeks from my first call to the date of the bloods being taken.
